But you know what they say: Change up the routine to fool your body/metabolism. This last Wednesday made the third one in a row for biking with the hubs at Lake Hefner! It seems to get easier every time and the pain lesser. One of the surprises to me is that my wrists hurt more than my rear. But you know what they say, NO PAIN, NO GAIN.

Way to go girl! I am very impressed. Hills on a bike are killer. Not a fan. Maybe since you are liking it I should try it again! Blessings.
