Take 'em somewhere where they can scare you to death rock scrambling, get wet, or see bears outside of a zoo! It's the Great Smoky Mountains National Park - our first time - and we love it!
You got so close to that bear, that looks like so much fun! It is nice to see a blog that talks about teens! I have 2 myself and a preschooler.. Talk about exhausting.

well, I did zoom in on him....I was a good 50 ft. away!
looks like the perfect vacation for your family! i think i would have gone straight home after seeing the bear.
