SPRUCING UP THE PLACE...
We moved into our 1978 house 13 years ago, making renovations to the kitchen and living areas that year. We also repainted and re-carpeted the entire house. So the carpet and walls are now looking a little abused! We decided to put in a wood floor in the living area instead of replacing the carpet - we have never had wood floors anywhere we've lived! So this will be a new experience! What do you think?

you will love wood floors, I've had them everywhere we live except for our house now....I miss them.
I love our wood floors...except now I have to clean a lot more! :) I think it looks great!

I love wood floors!! They take a lot of sweeping but I quickly realized all that junk was just living in my carpet previously.. yuck!
Love the new floor. We put our wood floors down in the living room in March, still haven't gotten around to getting any throw rugs.
