is the theme I chose for Bunko tonight! When we were in Italy last summer, I thought if my suitcase would hold them, I would buy the 5 Bunko prizes there for the next time I would be hosting my Bunko group. We are a really cheap group; our prizes cost $2, $4, $6, $8, and $10. So... what can you get in Italy for that kind of money? CHEAP SOUVENIRS. And here they are:
Pop-up umbrella with scenes of Italy was the top prize!
Scarf, Venetian glass heart necklace, Apron, Pinocchio pencil
But the food was top rate! With my husband's help, we made Zucchini and Peccorino Ravioli, along with salad, pasta salad, bruschetta, bread with peccorino and balsamic vinegar, and a Chocolate Tiramisu! We made Melanie (our cooking class teacher in Florence) proud!
My friends just like having a night off from doing the cooking!
They can tell you our Bunko group is more about food and chat rather than dice!
Now that I've done my hosting for the year, I can start my DIET!

How fun! I like the prizes - from top to bottom! The food sounds great, too. I was thinking about the tiramisu today, actually. It was really good!
What a great Bunko group! I'm really impressed that you all have an entire meal before playing! While in Italy we bought a few Pinocchio items. And yes, I am up at 4:30am...my schedule has been thrown way off.
That food was impressive!!!
Wow that food sounds fantastic.
Your Bunko parties and my bunko parties are a lot different. And good grief, are you never not super organized? I would probably have my entire purse pickpocketed in Italy, you manage to pick up presents for game night.
Wow, that food looked great and the prizes too!
